What options for support are available?
We offer both 24/7 managed support and per-incident support options. Managed support is usually charged on a per-device basis each month, with a block of onsite or remote support hours equal to the amount of maintenance fees included each month, as well. The per-incident support option is billable at our regular hourly rate. We also offer emergency and after-hours support at affordable rates.
